PRIVACY NOTICE

(Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR)

 In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 and concerning the personal data that may be collected, we hereby provide the following information to ensure the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of their personal data.

1.  Purpose of Processing

 The personal data you provide will be processed to manage the relevant procedure, in the context of performing tasks carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority. This includes, among other things, purposes related to archiving.

2.  Method of Processing and Data Retention

 Processing will be carried out primarily by electronic systems (and, residually, by manual and/or paper-based methods) using procedures designed to ensure appropriate security and confidentiality. The data will be processed by authorised personnel within the organisational units of the Administration involved in handling the procedure. In accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation as set out in Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, personal data will be retained only for the time strictly necessary to complete the procedure, and in any case, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3.  Provision of Data:

The provision of personal data for the purposes referred to in point 1 is mandatory. Failure to provide such data will result in the inability to proceed with the relevant procedure.

4.  Data Communication and Disclosure

If the user selects a service that is managed, in whole or in part, by a different entity, their data will be communicated—as required and/or permitted—with the relevant service providers, who will act as data processors in accordance with the GDPR. The collected data will not be subject to disclosure or communication to third parties, except where required by specific legal provisions. Furthermore, the data will not be transferred to other EU Member States or to third countries outside the European Union.

5.  Data Controller

The data controller is Studio VTI, with registered office at via Panama 52, 00189 Roma.

6.  Data Processor

The data processor is the Director of the relevant Municipio (i.e., the local administrative branch of the Municipality tasked with managing local services and needs in a specific area of the city) responsible for the procedure: Marco Tani

7.  Rights of the Data Subject

 Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you may exercise the following rights at any time:

  1. To obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed, and, where applicable, to access such data,
    1. To be informed about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data involved, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data have been or will be disclosed, and, where possible, the envisaged period for which the data will be stored,
    1. To request the rectification of inaccurate personal data and/or the erasure of personal data,
    1. To request the restriction of processing,
    1. To receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance,
    1. To object at any time to the processing of your personal data, including processing for direct marketing purposes.
    1. To object to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you,
    1. To request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability directly from the data controller,
    1. To withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal,
    1. To lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

You may exercise your rights by submitting a written request to the Data Processor identified in point 6.

8.  How to Exercise Your Rights

Where applicable, you may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority), pursuant to Article 77 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Articles 140-bis to 143 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code, which implements national legislation in accordance with the Regulation. The complaint may be submitted in person, by delivering it directly to the Data Protection Authority’s offices at the address below; or:

  1. By registered letter with return receipt (Raccomandata A/R), addressed to: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia, 11 - 00187 Roma; or
    1. By certified email (PEC) to: protocollo@pec.gpdp.it

Having read and understood this Privacy Notice, the undersigned hereby gives their CONSENT to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions set out above.
