Dr. Mauro Ianiro holds a degree in Economics and Business from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. Since 1989, he has been registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants in Rome (Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti di Roma, no. AA_002811) and with the Italian Official Register of Statutory Auditors (Registro dei Revisori Legali, no. 30116). He has been working with Studio VTI since its foundation, focusing primarily on extraordinary corporate transactions and corporate group management. He has extensive experience in the formation and restructuring of corporate groups, in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, and related taxation matters. He has held and holds the position of Chair or member of the corporate control body (organo di controllo) for medium and large companies operating in different sectors, including finance, oil and gas, real estate, food, automotive, tourism and hospitality, sports, quality certification, and technology services. He has held and holds the position of Chair or member of the Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza) pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, and as Statutory Auditor (Sindaco) for supplementary pension funds. He was a member of the Commission on Construction and Real Estate Companies of the Register of Chartered Accountants in Rome (Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili di Roma).
