Dr. Jacopo Ruscio holds a degree in Economics from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. Since 2016, he has been registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants in Rome (Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti di Roma, no. AA_011948) and, since 2017, with the Italian Official Register of Statutory Auditors (Registro dei Revisori Legali, no. 178143). He has been working with Studio VTI since 2013, where he has gained significant experience in direct and indirect taxation, as well as in advising and supporting clients in tax disputes and pre-litigation matters. Since 2018, he has provided tax and corporate advisory services in connection with the management of non-performing loans (NPLs) and unlikely-to-pay exposures (UTPs), assisting Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), Real Estate Owned Companies (ReoCos), and Operation Companies (OpCos) operating in the mortgage and real estate securitisation and broader real estate sectors. He serves as Chair or regular member of the corporate control body (organo di controllo) of medium and large corporations operating in transport, vocational training, and industrial sectors, particularly in the production and marketing of packaging for the cosmetics industry. He has held and holds the position of Chair or member of the Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza) pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
