Dr. Marco Tani holds a degree in Economics and Business from La Sapienza University in Rome. Since 1984, he has been registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants in Rome (Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti di Roma, no. AA_006970) and with the Italian Official Register of Statutory Auditors (Registro dei Revisori Legali, no. 56894). He has been working with Studio VTI since its establishment, focusing primarily on corporate and tax advisory services for corporations and non-profit entities. He has developed specialist expertise in tax and management consulting for trade associations, professional bodies, public institutions, and companies with majority public ownership. He has held and holds the position of independent Member of the Board in companies operating in the pharmaceutical and real estate sectors. He has held and holds the position of Chair or member of the corporate control body (organo di controllo) for medium and large corporations, industry associations and/or trade unions, and publicly owned companies operating in asset management, industry, and the service sector. Furthermore, he has held and holds the position of Chair or member of the Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza) pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
