Dr. Sara Baldassari holds a degree in Economics from Roma Tre University. Since 2011, she has been registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants of Rome (Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti di Roma, no. AA_010514) and with the Italian Official Register of Statutory Auditors (Registro dei Revisori Legali, no. 162773). She gained professional experience in statutory auditing at Deloitte & Touche S.p.A., where she specialised in auditing and accounting of financial statements. She has been working with Studio VTI since 2008, where she has gained significant expertise in corporate income tax and governance matters, with a particular focus on national and international taxation of corporations, non-commercial entities, and industry associations. She currently focuses on personal income taxation, particularly on tax matters relating to the ownership, management, and intergenerational transfer of large estates. She has held and holds the position of Chair or regular member of the corporate control body (organo di controllo) of medium and large corporations operating in the fields of renewable energy, high-tech, transport, industrial packaging for the cosmetics sector, and the finance industry.
